Steps
1)Park with hazard lights on the street, then pick up the parking access cards at the reception desk.
IMPORTANT: BOTH WHEN EXITING AND ENTERING THE PARKING AREA YOU MUST ALWAYS VALIDATE AT THE READERS (RED LIGHT) EVEN IF THE BLACK GATE OR BARRIER ARE OPEN. OTHERWISE, IT WILL BE BLOCKED FOR SECURITY.(Quick tutorial)
2) Enter the parking area and tap the card on the first reader (red light) to open the barrier.
3) Continue to Basement Level 3 and tap the card on the second reader (red light) to open the black metal gate.
4) Park in Basement Level 5 — Space S4-10.
5) Take the elevator to the 13th floor and find Apartment 1301.
6) To enter the apartment, place your palm on the electronic lock, enter the assigned code + √, and open using the handle.
7)To exit the apartment, turn the deadbolt from inside, open the handle, and leave.
8) To close the door, place your palm on the lock. The door also locks automatically after 1 minute.
IMPORTANT: BUILDING FINE OF 15 USD FOR NOT PARKING IN THE ASSIGNED SPACE.
